Heating Instructions
All items will be fully cooked and refrigerated at the time of pick up. When re-heating, all items (except gravy) are cooked at 350F using a conventional oven. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. All foods should be heated until their internal temperatures reach 165F.
ENTREES
(Remove plastic packaging, place in roasting pan, & cover with foil)
Whole Smoked Turkey: 1.5-2 hours
Turkey Breast: 45 Mins – 1 hour
Half Pork Loin: 45 Mins – 1 hour
SIDE DISHES
Conventional Oven (Recommended)

Heat oven to 350 degrees, Heat food to 165 degrees
Sausage Dressing: 35 – 45 Mins
Mashed Potatoes: 35 – 45 Mins
Green Bean Casserole: 35 – 45 Mins
Stir food for 20 minutes into cooking cycle
SIDE DISHES
Microwave (Heat in provided packaging)
Heat on high setting
Heat for 3 minutes then stir
Heat for an additional 3-5 minutes until food reaches 165 degrees.
Stir food and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Turkey Gravy
Pour gravy into medium saucepan. Heat on stove top over medium heat for 10-15 mins. Stir frequently until heated through.
