Holiday Meal FAQs
How Do I Change/Add to My Order?
- To Add to Your Order: Simply place another order and reference your original order number and we will ensure the meal items are combined for pickup
- To Remove an Item: Contact us with your order number to remove an item from your order
- To Cancel: Contact us with your order number to cancel. Orders cannot be cancelled after 11/22 for Thanksgiving
Do I Have to Cook the Meal?
- All holiday meal items are fully cooked but need to be reheated prior to service.
- Reheating instructions will be on each item and can be found here
Weight of Proteins
- All weights listed are pre-cooked weights. Final weight will vary by item
Picking Up
- To Change Pickup Location: Pickup Locations cannot be changed after 11/22 for Thanksgiving or 12/20 for Christmas. To change pickup location prior to that, please contact us with your order number
- To Change Pickup Time: If you cannot pickup your order at the original time slot but can still pickup that same day, just arrive when you can on the pickup day. Just note that the line may be longer then expected due to prioritization of those that are there at the scheduled time.
- To Change Pickup Day: Pickup Dates cannot be changed after 11/22 for Thanksgiving or 12/20 for Christmas. To change pickup dates prior to that, please contact us with your order number
- Pickup Locations: Each location will have signage and trailers placed in the parking lots for drive-thru pickups. Drive to the designated area, provide your name and order number and your meal will be loaded into your car for you.
